1. Order & Service

• •We offer one-time meal delivery services with no subscription required.
• •Orders must be placed in advance. Prices listed on the website are inclusive of delivery, packaging, and taxes.
• •All meals are as stated on specific menus on the website.

2. Delivery Policy

• •Lunch is delivered between 11:30 AM to 1:15 PM.
• •Dinner is delivered between 05:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
• •Exact delivery timing may vary slightly due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
• •Deliveries are made to the address provided during subscription. Change of address requires 24-hour notice.

3. Cancellation & Modification

• •Order cancellations or modifications must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
• •No refund will be provided for canceled orders within the notice period.

4. Food Quality & Safety

• •All meals are prepared under hygienic conditions following food safety standards.
• •Meals should be consumed within 2-3 hours of delivery for best quality.
• •If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please inform us during subscription.

5. Payment Terms

• •All orders must be paid at the time of placing via the payment methods available on our website.
• •Payments are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.

6. Liability

• •Kiti's Kitchen is not responsible for any health issues arising from pre-existing allergies not disclosed by the customer.
• •We are not liable for delays or non-delivery due to force majeure events.
